Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
  • Some items, such as opened electronic components or personalized products, may not be eligible for return due to their nature. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further details.

Timeframe for Returns:

  • Customers must initiate a return within 7 Days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns requested after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Process:

Store Credit:

  • In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases at Ultra R/C Hobbies.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and has no expiration date unless otherwise specified.
